Приморский бульвар (до 1919 г. — Николаевский Бульвар, до 1945 г. — бульвар Фельдмана) — бульвар в Одессе, расположенный на краю городского плато, начинающийся от Думской площади и заканчивающаяся у Воронцовского дворца. Бульвар — один из лучших градостроительных ансамблей архитектуры классицизма на Украине, удачно осуществляет связь центральной части города с морем и является парадным фасадом при въезде в Одессу со стороны моря.
К бульвару выходят Пушкинская и Екатерининская улицы, Воронцовский переулок. Застроена только одна сторона бульвара, с другой — крутой склон, ведущий к одесскому порту. К пассажирскому терминалу Одесского порта от бульвара спускается величественная Потёмкинская лестница.

The Odessa regional public administration — the local public administration of Odessa region located on Shevchenko Avenue in Primorsky district of the city of Odessa
Primorsky Boulevard (till 1919 — Nikolayevsky Boulevard, till 1945 — Feldman Boulevard) — the boulevard in Odessa located on the edge of a city plateau, beginning from Dumskaya Square and coming to an end at Vorontsov Palace. The boulevard — one of the best town-planning ensembles of architecture of classicism in Ukraine, successfully carries out communication of the central part of the city with the sea and is a smart facade at entry into Odessa from the sea.
To the boulevard there are Pushkin and Ekaterina's streets, Vorontsovsky Lane. Only one side of the boulevard, with another — the steep slope conducting to the Odessa port is built up. To the passenger terminal of the Odessa port from the boulevard the majestic Potyomkinsky ladder goes down.
