Международный аэропорт Денвера (англ. Denver International Airport), расположенный в штате Колорадо примерно в 40 километрах на северо-восток от  центра города, является одним из самых крупных аэропортов мира. По площади его превосходит лишь аэропорт King Khalid International Airport в Саудовской Аравии.
Международный аэропорт Денвера был открыт в 1995 году, став самым крупным аэропортом США и обладателем самой длинной взлетно-посадочной полосы (ВВП 16R/34L), предназначенной для гражданской авиации.
Аэропорт отличается не только занимаемой им площадью, но и оригинальной архитектурной конструкцией. Крыша, выполненная из тканного файбергласса с тефлоновым покрытием, напоминает собой палаточный лагерь. Она состоит из группы белых конусообразных шпилей, расположенных аккуратными рядами. Само здание построено таким образом, чтобы можно было впоследствии без сложной реконструкции добавлять терминалы и взлетно-посадочные полосы.
Перед въездом в аэропорт всех гостей встречает огромная десятиметровая статуя вставшего на дыбы коня,  выполненная из стекловолокна и получившая имя «Мустанг». В темноте эта скульптура кажется еще более массивной и мифической благодаря светящимся глазам. Появилась скульптура намного позже открытия аэропорта – в 2008 году. Исполнителем стал американский скульптор Луис Джименез.
В самом здании также есть уникальные творения —  полотна с неоднозначной тематикой, работы художника Лео Тангумы, отражающие борьбу человечества против истребления народов и геноцида. А гладкий, почти зеркальный пол внутри аэропорта выложен в форме рисунков и узоров из нескольких видов гранита, создавая уникальную дорожку, способствующую движению пассажиров.
Аэропорт Денвера спроектирован таким образом, чтобы максимально эффективно обеспечить работу отдельных блоков. Багажное отделение является полностью автоматизированным, расположение взлетно-посадочных полос в виде вертушки позволяет разгрузить поток пассажиров и избежать очередей, а для удобства ожидающих на всей территории действует доступная свободная сеть интернет.
Международный аэропорт Денвера – наиболее современное сооружение гражданской авиации в Соединенных Штатах Америки.

The international airport of Denver (English Denver International Airport) located in the State of Colorado approximately in 40 kilometers on the northeast from the downtown is one of the most airport terminals of the world. In the area it is surpassed only by the King Khalid International Airport airport in Saudi Arabia.

The international airport of Denver was open in 1995, having become the most airport terminal of the USA and the owner of the longest runway (GDP 16R/34L) intended for civil aviation.

The airport differs not only the space occupied by it, but also an original architectural design. The roof executed from a woven fayberglass with a teflon covering reminds itself a camp. It consists of group of the white cone-shaped spikes located accurate ranks. The building is built so that it was possible subsequently without difficult reconstruction to add terminals and runways.

Before entrance to the airport all guests are welcomed by the huge ten-meter statue of the reared horse made of fiber glass and received the name "Mustang". In the dark this sculpture seems even more massive and mythical thanks to the shining eyes. There was a sculpture much later of opening of the airport – in 2008. The American sculptor Luís Dzhimenez became the performer.

In the building also there are unique creations — cloths with ambiguous subject, the works of the artist Leo Tanguma reflecting fight of mankind against destruction of the people and genocide. And smooth, almost mirror floor in the airport is laid out in the form of drawings and patterns from several types of granite, creating the unique path promoting the movement of passengers.

The airport of Denver is designed so that most effectively to ensure functioning of separate blocks. The luggage compartment is completely automated, the arrangement of runways in the form of a revolving object allows to unload a flow of passengers and to avoid the turns, and for convenience expecting the available free Internet acts on all territory.
