село Охотничье. И словно уцепившись за живописные скалы, раскинулся
самый большой на крымской яйле участок реликтового буково-грабового
леса, с вкраплением тиса ягодного, крымских сосен и др. Мощные деревья
(10-15 м высотой и до полуметра в диаметре ствола), создают редкую
картину для почти безлесных горных плато Крыма.
Трудно осознать по-настоящему ту мощь, которая подняла коралловый
риф на такую высоту! На Ай-Петри много интересного и необычного —
здешние пейзажи иногда узнаешь в научно-фантастических фильмах.
Ай-Петринский меридиан — глобус на гранитном основании с точными
геодезическими данными, смотровая площадка на скале Шишко, метеостанция,
гора Бедене-Кыр, пещера Трехглазка, оборудованная для экскурсий —
традиционный набор, который вы можете и расширить. Всего исследовано 35
пещер, а общее число карстовых полостей превышает 230.
