Вместе с Английским парком на западе находится Партерный амфитеатр и оранжерея. Перед оранжереями участок парка создан в трёх уровнях в регулярном стиле. Верхняя часть — это стриженные газоны правильной формы, края которых украшают разнообразные сорта полиантовых роз. Средняя часть Партерного амфитеатра сделана гранитной стеной и широкой подковоподобной аллеей, которая плавно огибает пологую часть склона с богатой травянистой растительностью, которая спускается к бассейну с фонтаном Семиструй. Гранитную подпорную стену, поставленную в 1845 году, украшают витки роз, дикий виноград, каприфоль, а около края склона, как и в верхней части амфитеатра, также растут розы.

Партерный амфитеатр перетерпел много изменений. Во времена Потоцких здесь был парадный вход в парк. Тогда возникло название этого участка — Долина роз. Прямолинейная двурядная аллея туи до Великой Отечественной войны состояла только из одного ряда высаженных в 1910 году туй. Она незаметно ограничивала регулярную часть парка, её подстригали на высоте не более 1 м. Во время войны нужного присмотра за парком не было, туи не подстригались и после войны. В 1950-х годах, был высажен ещё один ряд, верхний — туи западной. Поскольку пропускная способность серпантина узких дорожек между рядами роз не обеспечивала свободного прохода посетителей, количество которых все увеличивалось, в 1957 году участок перепланировали. По центру склона построили гранитные ступени, которые вели к фонтану Семиструй, а на рабатках, где когда-то росли розы, высадили разные виды и формы можжевельника и туи, а края обсадили тамариксом. Почти все ступени в парке изначально были деревянные, со временем они разрушались и постоянно требовали ремонта, потому в 1950—1960 годах их заменили гранитными.

Обелиск «Орёл»

Когда проводилась реставрация парка в 1996 году, коренная реконструкция коснулась и Партерного амфитеатра. За основу взята карта «Софиевки» за 1855 год, на которой чётко видно этот участок парка. Потому, демонтировав гранитные ступени, возобновили серпантиновую дорожку, а сорокалетние обыкновенные и колонновидные туи, можжевельники, шелковицы и другие ценные растения пересадили на новосозданные ландшафты Западной части парка.
Фонтан Семиструй построен в первый период строительства парка. Фонтан — небольшой круглый бассейн с ажурной бронзовой вазой в середине. Из центра вазы вырываются вверх семь мощных струй воды. Вода в фонтан подаётся подземным самотечным водопроводом из Ахеронтийского озера. За счёт перепада местности, высота центральной струи фонтана достигает 5 м. Лишняя вода сбрасывается через подземные водостоки в Нижнее озеро.

 Together with the Formal garden in the West there is a Parterny amphitheater and a greenhouse. Before greenhouses the site of park is created in three levels in regular style. The top part — is short-haired lawns of the correct form which edges decorate various grades the poliantovykh of roses. The middle part of the Parterny amphitheater is made a granite wall and the wide podkovopodobny avenue which smoothly bends around flat part of a slope with dense grassy vegetation which goes down to the pool with the fountain of Semistruy. The granite retaining wall put in 1845 is decorated by rounds of roses, wild grapes, каприфоль, and about edge of a slope, as well as in the top part of an amphitheater, roses also grow.

The Parterny amphitheater endured many changes. At the time of Pototsky there was a main entrance in park here. Then there was a name of this site — the Valley of roses. The rectilinear double-row avenue of a thuja before the Great Patriotic War consisted only of the thujas planted in 1910 of the same kind. It imperceptibly limited regular part of park, it cut at the height no more than 1 m. During war of the necessary supervision behind park wasn't, thujas hadn't hair cut and after war. In the 1950th years, one more row, top — thujas western was landed. As the capacity of the serpentine of narrow paths between ranks of roses didn't provide an easy access of visitors which quantity all increased, in 1957 a site re-planned. On the center of a slope constructed granite steps which conducted to the fountain of Semistruy, and on the rabatkakh where roses once grew, landed different types and forms of a juniper and a thuja, and regions surrounded the tamariksy. Almost all steps in park initially were wooden, over time they collapsed and constantly demanded repair therefore in 1950 — 1960 replaced them granite.
Obelisk "Eagle"

When restoration of park in 1996 was carried out, radical reconstruction concerned also the Parterny amphitheater. The Sofiyevki card for 1855 on which it is accurately visible this site of park is taken as a basis. Therefore, having dismantled granite steps, renewed a serpantinovy path, and forty-year ordinary and kolonnovidny thujas, junipers, mulberries and other valuable plants replaced to the new created landscapes of the Western part of park.

The fountain of Semistruy is constructed during the first period of construction of park. The fountain — the small round pool with an openwork bronze vase in the middle. From the center of a vase seven powerful streams of water escape up. Water in the fountain is pumped by an underground self-flowing water supply system from the Akherontiysky lake. Due to difference of the district, height of the central stream of the fountain reaches 5 m. Excess water is dumped through underground drains to the Lower lake.
